We at In Truth work on the premise that every man, woman and
child responds to impressions made upon them. From this premise of
Inner Truth we have discovered how to teach and train any individual to
consciously control and create his own life's circumstances with proper use
of God's Life Force - Spiritual Matter.

This system of Innate Techniques lays out a body of knowledge that
allows each one of us the ability to align with our Inner Divine Quality
....... allowing anyone to get direct feedback from within; and with that
information treat ourselves right, restore balance to our lives, and gladly
become responsible and accountable for our actions and behavior.

The person with the greatest Inner Wisdom is the one whose
consciousness has become fully aware of Divine Truth within, Life Force,
and who projects this realization into his life.

For Within each one of us is the latent capability to know and utilize
that Spirital Life Force that God has placed in each of us. We believe
that this power can and should be consciously developed in everyone.

We started In Truth because after years of researching groups,
organizations and religions for workable methods that were entirely useful
to us as Spiritual Beings, we were disappointed. Most had a thread of
Truth in their teachings, but at the same time had very limited ideas and
beliefs for the use of this Spiritual Wisdom.

We were lead to begin "In Truth" to teach the timeless Spiritual
Wisdom which we know to be innate in all mankind. In Truth offers these
teachings as a way to enhance our natural intuitive abilities in order to
insure our true growth In Spirit - In Truth.

We started In Truth, Inc., "IT" , as an independent, non-
denominational, Educational Church & Center for sharing the Art &
Philosophy of Being In Truth. Our purpose and goal is the sharing of
Truth - Spiritual Wisdom - Life Force - in useful, usable ways that can
be applied to anyone's daily life as originally intended by the One
Divine Spiritual Source - God.

Our goal is to continue to present, in an oriented manner,
information and methodologies concerning principles of Truth; for
spiritual and mental health, healing, self-communication and inner self-
realization. Our dedication is to help YOU seek true self-
understanding and spiritual realization. This developing process
helps YOU learn responsibility for yourself, thereby, learning you have
choice. IT is this Way of Choice that we work with on the path to being
In Truth.

William Smalley begain utilizing the Gifts of the Holy Spirit to heal via
the laying on of hands in the early 1970's. After joining together in the early
1980's William and Elaine Smalley began helping and teaching others to heal
themselves and their lives. They spent the next few years furthering William's
already extensive research of the effects of beliefs: religious and spiritual,
mental and alternative healing, laying of hands and distance healing, inner and
self-communication, dowsing and the use of instrumentation, self-mastery and
auto suggestion methods. This research lead to their developing "Decision
Counseling" to teach others to utilize these talents and abilities.

In 1986 they founded "In Truth" as an educational non-profit foundation
for the "Research and Investigation of Beliefs, how we install them, how they
affect us, and how we can change and remove them." They have traveled the
United States teaching and counseling individuals, groups and organizations
in the ways of being In Truth. They have helped vast numbers of individuals to
change their lives and heal their bodies over these many years. Their simple
and direct teaching methods make it easy for those interested in realizing their
own true inner spiritual abilities to change their lives and live In Truth.

In 1993 they were lead to change "In Truth" from a foundation for
research to a non-denominational church - as the spiritual aspect of the Truth
is open to all - and should be spread out for all mankind.

We believe that there is nothing new in this universe. We are on a quest
to rediscover the Truth that was here, is here, and will always be here.
But, our times, values and life style do change. That is why we need to
re-learn to apply these Truths to our current times. Our goal is to listen
to the Truth and apply it to our lives - then teach it as simply as possible
to all who can hear.......

We live in two worlds or realms or levels of consciousness - at the same time -
running concurrently. One temporal and surreal, the other permanent and real.
One a shadow, the other substance. One the world of appearance (opinion),
preceived by and through the naked eye, the other a solid infinite non-material
constant, truth as substance, preceived by the mind's eye - the inner sight. One
brings life and light, the other brings death and darkness. One only need be
aware of this idea to function in the Truth and Light to be shown the real inner
revelation.This insight develops over time. If the time is wisely spent you will
be given liberal dividends.
