Communion

We have been asked if our members can observe
Communion at home. Yes - those of you who
would like to partake in In Truth's Sacrament of
Communion can follow these steps:

First, clear yourself by confessing your
conscience - and asking God for forgiveness.
(Which he gives to all freely in Grace -"For sin
shall not have dominion over you: for ye are
not under the law, but under grace" Romans
6:14).

Second, get a small glass of water - lay your
hands over the glass and pray the following: "My
Lord God, I Thank You for Clearing Me, I Thank
You for Blessing My Life Today and Every Day"

(Hold your hands over the water until you feel the
energy in the water.)

Third, drink your newly blessed Communion
Water.

This world of people have made their lives so busy to convince themselves that any connection to
God is irrelevant or doesn't matter or even does not exist (hence the world situations), yet inside
each individual soul is that child of God always asking - "Where are you God?" in the deep
darkness of it's lost confusion, searching for that light of love, the ray of hope, that spark of
knowingness that reassures the soul of that connection In Truth.

Don't let yourself be conned by fear in this world of confusion of thought, ideas, concepts or
circumstances - wash the mud from your soul and let your light shine (to quote the Bible). Spend
some time away from man's sounds (TV, radio, cell phones, etc.) and allow yourself to start to feel
that connection - it is that Peace that Passes all Understanding we have heard about. I like to call it
Tangible Faith - because it is attainable and touchable. Some call it meditation, but it is not that
complicated. To find and feel that peace you only need to:

�Relax your forehead between your eyes - the third eye

�Relax your eyes

�Take a relaxed deep breath - don't force yourself to breathe too deep and strain - it should be
a clear breath (do a few times if need be)

�Now relax your chest and let your breathing go unnoticed - it may feel a little heavy or like
when you stop breathing (Cessate your breath)

�Let your attention retreat to our chest (the heart - the seat of your love) and sense that peace
that passes all understanding.

That is it, at that moment you can let yourself feel the universe, that tangible connection to all, that
awareness that you are In Truth, tangible faith, that personal connection between you and God.

It's a small, simple step. But this will start you feeling better, happier, clearer and more alive;
perhaps more than many ever believe you could.
